4. AI processing and third-party AI providers
The Services are powered by artificial intelligence. To deliver core features, we share relevant inputs with the AI and data providers below. We share only the data necessary to perform the requested task.
4.1 Anthropic (Claude)
We use Anthropic's Claude APIs to power research, reasoning, content generation, and agentic workflows. To do this, we may transmit your business profile, company accounts and account data, market research, prospect information, and pipeline data to Anthropic for processing.
- Web search and source citation: Some Claude models use a web search tool to gather and cite publicly available information about prospects and markets. The sources used in research are surfaced and cited so you can see the work behind each step.
4.2 Google (Gemini)
We use Google's Gemini models to generate image-based content and certain other content. To do this, we may transmit relevant business profile, company accounts, and campaign information to Google for processing.
4.3 Hunter.io
We use the Hunter.io integration to find, verify, and enrich professional email addresses and decision-maker contact details. To do this, we may transmit company domains, names, and related lookup parameters to Hunter.io.
4.4 Important notes on AI providers
- We rely on these providers' API/business terms, which are generally designed so that data submitted via the API is not used to train their foundation models by default. However, each provider's own terms and privacy policies govern their processing, and we encourage you to review them:
- Anthropic - https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- Google - https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Hunter.io - https://hunter.io/privacy-policy
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or acting on them. See our Terms of Service.
